What to Bring to class...
- Pillows, birth ball, or bean bag chair (we’ll be
on the floor for some of the class, so plan accordingly)
- Paper and Pen
- Something to keep you hydrated (ie water)
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Your payment balance, if applicable
